I attended a class last night and I can move without any pain today!!! Robyne is very helpful with form, even in a group setting, and making sure you are doing everything correctly. I encourage all fitness levels to do the class. If I can do this ANYONE CAN!

There are so many things I love about these classes. I love the one on one support you get, how the classes are designed around whose in class. For instance, I just started lifting weights and have a few injury’s but the exercises I did were designed around my injury’s, my goals and newbieness. Every class I attended progressed and I was getting stronger, more confident and results were quick because of it. I believe. But what I love most is none of this would have happened if it wasn’t for the 2 way conversation everyone has with the trainer and instructors of the class.
