Guidance Schedule

The Guidance Schedule breaks down into three, ten day sequences. The breakdown is as follows:

  • First five days is prepping for the system,
  • Next ten days follows the 10 Day + Nutritional Weight Loss System for the sole purpose of getting your body in effective working order,
  • The second round of the 10 Day + Nutritional Weight Loss System is to start adding a few of your favorite foods into your menu to determine how your body responds to the specific foods. You will then be able to determine how to incorporate your favorites into your eating plan.

It’s important to note I’m not a physician or a degreed/certified nutritionist. I do have however, over 40 years of diligent education based in the health and fitness industry. Upon signing up for the 10 Day + Guidance system you will receive a welcome email with a link to register. Click on that link and you will be asked to customize a private login name/email and a password. Once you have established your log in and password credentials you can login 24/7.

When you want to access the membership simply go to www.getinshapechallenge.com website. On the far right hand side you will see a “log in” link. Left click that link with your mouse. A window will appear asking for your log in credentials. If you forgot your credentials you may click on the reset link to reset your credentials. 

Once your credentials are provided another window will appear showing you the pages you have access to. In the beginning of your membership your pages will be minimal and on the first day only one page will be under your account. Each day you will gain access to additional pages. 

We recognize the value of having a healthy family. So, the answer is yes however, outside of your family sharing with friends and co-workers is not allowed. We appreciate your support regarding this matter.
