BEGINNER

Introduction

Welcome to Phase 1. The beginner phase. This phase is in my opinion the most important phase of all combined.

This is where we create your foundation. Without this foundation success will be no greater than choosing random workouts.  

PHASE 1

Introduction

The Academy is broken down into 4 phases:

  1. Beginner
  2. Intermediate
  3. Advanced
  4. Finale


The phases are dependent on your 12 month goal and future letter. 

Each phase breaks down into weeks. Each week breaks down into days. Each day has a daily lesson. Daily lessons unlocks new assignments  bringing you closer to your goal.

Each phase unlocks are you complete the previous one. 

The main focus of this phase is as follows:

  • Start losing weight
  • Create a vision board
  • Complete Beginner Exercise Course
  • Start Live Exercise Classes
  • QUIZ

BEGINNER 101

The Beginner phase prepares you for the journey ahead.  

BEGINNER 201

The Beginner phase prepares you for the journey ahead.  

Now that you have experienced a lot of success in Beginner 101: 

  • Lost most of the weight you want to lose 
  • Learn how to exercise the basic weight lifting movements correctly and know how to exercise 
  • Determine the type of workout routine you should follow to start shaping your body. 

We are going to take that next step and start building speed work, increasing strength, cardio, and more. The next phase is intense so you want to be prepared mentally, and physically with your muscles, secondary muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints etc.
