The problem is there’s too much hype on the market and by the looks of things the hype is blowing up 💣 . 

It’s going to get harder for anyone to become a top notch body builder naturally. Because when they realize they can’t achieve what they want there will be vultures standing at the next corner waiting to sell you on growth hormones, steroids and whatever BS they have. 

These are facts. 

It happened to me even when I was a champion. People were contacting me from around the world telling me I had to do steroids to make top Bodybuilder in the world. 

My last show was a national show and I made top 10. There were over 200 girls in the show and 90% of them were using steroids. I never went back to the stage. Why? Because I didn’t want to be influenced by others who had a different outlook on life than I. 

I don’t want shortcuts. I want the bumpy road, truth, and grit. I want to earn what I achieve. But to do so now adays is a whole other game. 

But, you’ve got to have a plan, a blueprint and a plan of action. Without strategies chances of achieving success is minimal. What’s important to note here is what you do in the beginning is the most important step to body building. You want to create a foundation and without this foundation chances are you will give up or not achieve your goals. I don’t want this for you. You don’t want this.  

IMHO there’s nothing in the world so gratifying as body building… To feel inner strength and see the outer results is a huge self esteem booster, sense of accomplishment and feeling of confidence.

The truth is, with all the hype in the industry, chances are you may never accomplish your body building goals. I say this because there’s too much conflicting info out there. I see you in the FB groups asking questions. I see all the varying answers you’re getting from members.

On top of that look at all the programs on the market. Tons. Everywhere you go… there’s another program reaching for your attention. These programs promote false hope. It’s a terrible spiral. Chances are you will burn out before you see the type of results you want. Worse yet, you may find yourself being motivated by someone else’s success hoping you achieve what they already have.

The sooner you realize these programs rarely work… the sooner you can be focused on what does produce results. 

I don’t want you to waste months if not years chasing an illusion that doesn’t exist. It may be hard for you to see the writing on the wall from sitting where you are but I’ve been involved with the health and fitness industry well over 40 years to see many girls give up because they bought into the hype with zero to minimal results to show for all their hard work and money spent. After various attempts trying different programs they quit completely.

They think they’re not body building material or just don’t have the discipline. 

This is false. 

Every one can reap results and achieve their body building goals.

As soon as we receive your registration for the 21 day challenge you’ll receive an assessment. Fill out this assessment as soon as you can. This assessment provides us with insight on your overall health, injury’s, goals, eating style, etc! 

It’s always good to know if who I am training with has any injury’s. This only makes for smooth, productive training time together.

Once we receive your assessment you’ll receive access to our private Facebook group. Robyne and other trainers will be in there everyday so if you ever have any questions you know where to go for help. Robyne and other trainers are there to support you with both mind-set, nutrition and training strategies. You can always contact Robyne via messenger and email too.

Now that the basics are completed we can get down to the diet and training. We’ll spend time structuring your diet to my competition, shredded Carb Cycling program. If your primary focus is to mainly build we make a few tweaks to my Carb Cycling program. 

During this time we’ll go over your grocery shopping, foods list, meal plans and your favorite foods. By the time we are done we will have a 21 day program for you. And no, you are not alone. For the duration of the 21 days we are workout partners. 

Nothing is ever pre-written. Neither the nutrition or the workouts. The workouts are structured to work with where you are right now as we critique your form we will advance workouts. 

You can choose to train 3x weekly and as we move throughout the program you can add in more workouts.  

Our workout time together includes working out together online. We will have 2 way conversation in real time as we workout together. Workouts are designed to test you but not without perfect form, breathing and mindset.  

You will lose body fat quickly and increased strength with your workouts by at least 30%. 

Exciting! With increased strength comes muscles. You can also be assured your form is correct and you will pick up new strategy’s that will give you the extra edge over others.

Each step we take remains focused on your body building goals.   

As we see how your body responds we make tweaks along the way.

Once I receive your assessment you’ll then receive access to our private Facebook challenge group. I’ll be in there everyday so if you ever have any questions you know where I am. 

Now that all the basics are completed we can get down to the diet and training. We’ll spend time mimicing your diet to my competition, shredded Carb Cycling program. We’ll go over your grocery shopping, foods list, meal plans and your favorite foods. 

Where you can expect to lose body fat quickly and increased strength with your workouts by at least 30%. 

Exciting! With increased strength comes muscles. 

After going over our diet routine we will focus on your overall goals. Is your primary goal to build muscle or burn fat? Do you want to balance our your physique… build endurance. Tweak certain body parts????? 

Then we’ll meet several times a week to train online with 2 way interaction. At first I will check your form just to make sure you have basic movements down correctly. If you do… its no big deal. We can easily fix that as were working out. 

As we see how your body responds we make tweaks along the way.
