YOU ARE HERE -> Welcome Letter -> Day #3 -> Vision

VISION

Intro

The Vision exercise is an extension of yesterday’s Future Letter exercise.

Tomorrow we go into the final powerhouse assignment, “Declaration of Personal Power”.

When today’s assignment is complete either hit the “Previous” button at the bottom of the page or “Day #3” at the top of the page to go back to Day #3.

Embrace the process.💪

ASSIGNMENT

"Vision"

Dedicate a solid, uninterrupted block of time to work on your vision.

It is your future letter, your vision and tomorrow’s, “Declaration of Personal Power” that creates your foundation. Your foundation is what will keep you strong when you feel weak… keep you focused when confusion hits and strengthen your purpose and commitment.

Before getting started get out your journal or a piece of paper and pencil. Write at the top today’s date and title of assignment, “Vision”. Place your pen/pencil to the side.

Close your eyes and relax for a few moments. Release from the outer pressures of society. Tap into your authentic self…. and then begin the following:

Slowly and intentionally read your Future Letter. As you read your future letter feel the experience of accomplishing, overcoming each struggle and achieving each victory. Rather than doubt… believe your Future letter as if it already happened. Connect with what you wrote and show immediate gratification for your success.

Be still in the moment for as long as you can and then write down your answers to the following questions:

-How did you start your journey?

-What were you feeling as Day #1 of the 10 Day + drew nearer?

-Did you have challenges in the beginning?

-What were they?

-How did you overcome them?

-How did you respond to cravings?

-What was the key to your success?

How did you feel with each success?

-Did you feel more in control after each achievement or did you have a desire to go back to old ways?

-What did you do every time you saw success?

When writing your thoughts down on paper try to go slow enough to feel the moment; the sounds, color, as if it was like deja vu.

That’s it. Care to share how this assignment went for you? Click the “Black Box” below. I would love to hear your story and give you my feedback. ❤️

QUOTE

Every day he wakes up with a vision of who he wants to be. A vision of how he wants to live. A vision of where he wants to go. A Vision of what it’s going to take to get there. Every day he wakes up with enthusiasm to live out his vision. He wakes up with a focus. A focus that no matter the challenges he will see his self through them. He wakes up with a focus on his growth. A focus on his hustle. A focus on his happiness and I CAN mind set. He wakes up to look in the mirror and see's strength. He looks in the mirror and see's resilience. He looks in the mirror and see's perseverance. He looks in the mirror and see's commitment. He looks in the mirror and see's an achiever. He looks in the mirror and see's a beautiful man who refuses to give up on his vision and what he's truly capable of. Every day he wakes up, looks in the mirror and sees his LOVE for self.
Embrace it all ...
