I’m proud of you for making it this far. WOW… lots of work. I get it but I had a choice when designing this system. Do I drag it out for a week or two or just have a “Let’s do this” attitude. I chose the latter. 🙂
You should be proud of yourself too!!! I hope you are and give yourself some pep talk throughout the day for all your hard work and effort you put in to these assignments these last few days.
And, just remember too that if you felt you didn’t give the assignments your all you can always go back and redo them. In fact, even if you did give them your all its always fun to go back and redo them every so often. I like too because it gives me an opportunity to see how much I’ve grown with my self, my perspective and trust in self and what I can accomplish.
Just date your assignments every time you go back to redo them.

Today’s assignment begins with the first of three assignments;
Tomorrow you’ll work on the Vision assignment. And, the next day on the Manifesto or your, “Declaration of Personal Power”.
I truly believe in the power of these assignments and believe they outweigh any type of goal setting exercises.
Today you receive the 10 Day + Nutritional Weight Loss Guide and its’ companion recipe book in a PDF file. Spend time reviewing these 2 books.
We will be starting the 10 Day + in just a few days. If you opted for receiving the hard copy of the 10 Day + you should receive them in the mail within the next few days.
Tomorrow you have a “Vision” assignment along with how to write a Manifesto or a Declaration of Personal Power. Another powerful assignment you want to complete during the “Getting Started” phase.
