What’s cool is once you start understanding the basics you can create the perfect workout every time for years to come.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE DURING THE MINI-COURSE

The mini-course began with a simple easy to read PDF. While everyone was happy with what they learned they had additional questions. And, rightfully so. So, I decided to create a Video Guidebook. But, I didn’t stop there. This is when I realized that since most individuals were coming from random workouts they wouldn’t benefit from yet another random workouts. Instead, want insight on how to take actionable steps. This is when I created the 10 days of emails to support each one of the rules individually. Don’t forget about these emails. They are the dot to the i and the cross to the t. 

While this material is packed with many gems it’s only the beginning. Remember, the importance of your foundation. As important as your foundation is in the beginning and the results you achieve the foundation is often left out of any discussion to workouts. This foundation is imho the most important link to whether you succeed your fitness goals or not.

In all reality you are learning how to become your own personal fitness coach. This little mini-course is only meant to guide you… hence the guides. Measurements help determine the type of body you naturally have and determine what exercises you should include in your workouts to get you to your dream body.

First time measurements help determine what exercises to do and succeeding measurements determine how your body responds to the movements you choose.
