As a Premium member you receive monthly challenges in your inbox, plus daily motivational emails along with tips, hacks and secrets. You also get access to our live, online workouts where we hone in on your goals in real time during each workout.
Each workout is structured according to your progress along with your weaknesses and strengths. I mean you don’t want a lopsided booty do you? After each live, real-time workout you are provided homework assignments according to your weaknesses for you to do on your days off.
What happens after the free, 30 day Premium membership is over?
You can choose to remain a Premium member or become a Basic member? The choice is yours.
