Although many of our members attend at least one of the Build Your Body fitness classes every single day you are free to attend as little or as many workout classes as you wish. There are no monthly contracts.
To attend Build Your Body classes simply fill out your personal assessment by clicking here. Upon completion of your assessment you advance to our class schedule where you sign up for your first fitness class.
After completing your one time assessment, and choosing your first fitness class you’ll receive an account activation email providing you details on your class registration and other membership benefits.
Build Your Body members have access to 70 weekly fitness classes ranging from full body muscle building, body-fat blast type workouts to specialty workouts; core, booty, arms, walking and yoga/meditation. Classes are 15-45 minutes and organized by fitness levels; beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Build your Body classes focus on progressive overload and velocity training. No two workouts are ever the same, but each class focus remains the same. This type of strength training, individualizing and accountability is necessary to receive ongoing, quick results. keep you motivated and coming back for more.
Receive real-time support and guidance during each class to assure your form is correct and every exercise supports your fitness goals.
