Fitness is more than just a few simple reps and sets. Fitness is about the connection made between the reps and sets. This connection makes champions in all facets of life and creates a healthy mind and a healthy body. 

Fitness is more than just elevating your heart rate. Fitness is about finding the mental toughness to keep going.

Fitness is about the inner meeting the outer.

My purpose these last 40 years has not been so much about your physical as much as your inner. Fitness is a wonderful tool that when applied correctly will help create the best you ever. 

I want you to achieve your dreams as much if not more than you. This is why I can’t stress enough the power behind this foundation.

There is not one thing I haven’t been able to accomplish both in and out of the gym and my background stands way beyond the confines of normalcy. I owe it all to this foundation I created through fitness.

In fact, it is this foundation I learned how to create during the beginning phases of fitness that helped me become the best me and allowed me to overcome every single challenge.

Everything I taught other’s all those years prior came back to save me in 1996. Actually the date was June 29, 1996. The day my life changed while I was at the top of my game. I had by the age of 29 lived a life of bliss and had already worked with over one hundred thousand people on how to embrace self, trust self, believe in self regardless the challenges faced. I used fitness and weight loss as a tool to help others connect with self. 

In 1996 everything I new would come to halt. So, I thought. I was sitting in a parked car at a meter. I had so much going on with my life. I was already bicycling across the country stopping at various communities along the way working with government officials on bicycle and child safety. I initiated various school assemblies throughout these bike tours where anywhere from 200-1000 children would attend. While up on stage I spoke out to the children, “Never Give Up” on who you are as I performed magic and ventriloquism. 

I was at the height of my career as a “Self Mastery” expert, world class athlete, recognized as one of fifty women in America who made a difference in the lives of the people. 

I adopted over 40 elementary schools with Character Education programs, traveled and worked with various boy’s homes across the country while competing in various National Bodybuilding shows, worked with various leaders on the importance of working directly with members of each community like you and I to build our communities up and much more when that fateful day came. And, so much more.

I wasn’t ready nor prepared to stop my life as I knew it. The problem was, “I had no choice”. 

On that fateful day, Saturday, June 29, 1996 my life would come to a speeding hualt after getting hit by a speeding commuter bus. My life changed. How quick would my life change? I didn’t know at the time. According to the cops that commuter bus was traveling 58-62 MPH prior to plowing into the side of the car I was sitting in. Long story short I ended up with cerebellum brain damage. A section of the brain that controls, “vision”. 

And as bad as that sounds no one expected me to survive the impact; 1,800,000 pounds of pressure. But I did!!! 

They too said I’d never overcome the damage that incurred because of the impact… but you know what, “I did”. It was one of the toughest challenges I ever faced but never once did I give up. I new one day I’d be back. 

Do you know my brain shut down approximately 12 times every single day for 15 years. 

I got myself out of it. No expert did. Sure, they tried and used all the new technologies and approaches but in the end it was what I had been sharing all along that truly saved me. 

Do you know what I have to be thankful for everyday? 

Every thing I share with others about fitness and beyond. The same exact things I shared with hundreds of thousands of others. The same exact thing that helped me overcome the odds when everyone and everything said I couldn’t.

Nothing can give you what, if used correctly, fitness can give you as a foundation to stand on not just during workout times but before and after. It will provide you that rock, that perhaps you’ve been looking for, as it had for all those people I worked with prior to the accident.

I would love nothing more than to share with you what has given me life. The best part its fun, invigorating and powerful and instead of feeling you can’t…. you will know deep down… you can… and as you begin to live it… experience it in real life; magic happens.

Well I could go on and on and on but I will stop here for now. There will be time later to share more of that but for now it’s time to take that first step and gain an understanding of how to get the most out of your home workouts so you can take that next, critical step forward on the right path not the WRONG path…. and yes there is a difference now and well in the future.

There is not one thing I haven’t been able to accomplish both with my workouts and life. My background stands way beyond the confines of normalcy. I owe it all to this foundation I created through fitness.

Everything I taught other’s all those years prior came back to save me in 1996. 

Actually the date was June 29, 1996. The day my life changed while I was at the top of my game. I had by the age of 29 lived a life of bliss and had already worked with over one hundred thousand people on how to embrace self, trust self, believe in self regardless the challenges faced. I used fitness and weight loss as a tool to help others connect with self. 

In 1996 everything I had known would come to a speeding halt. So, I thought. I was sitting in a parked car at a meter. I had so much going on with my life. 

I was at the height of my career as a “Self Mastery” expert, world class athlete, recognized as one of fifty women in America who made a difference in the lives of the people by Whos Who. Oprah was on that list that same year.

I adopted over 40 elementary schools with Character Education programs, traveled and worked with various boy’s homes across the country while competing in various National Bodybuilding shows, worked with various leaders on the importance of working directly with members of each community like you and I to build our communities up and much more when that fateful day came. And, so much more.

I was working with major corporations and helping vitamin company’s create new vitamin lines and sooooo much more.

I wasn’t ready nor prepared to stop my life as I knew it. The problem was, “I had no choice”. 

On that fateful day, Saturday, June 29, 1996 my life would come to a speeding halt after getting hit by a speeding commuter bus. 

My life changed. 

How quick would my life change? I didn’t know at the time. According to the cops that commuter bus was traveling 58-62 MPH prior to plowing into the side of the car I was sitting in. 

Long story short I ended up with Cerebellum brain damage. A section of the brain that controls, “vision”. 

And as bad as that sounds no one expected me to survive the impact; 1,800,000 pounds of pressure. But I did!!! 

They too said I’d never overcome the damage that incurred because of the impact… but you know what, “I did”. It was one of the toughest challenges I ever faced but never once did I give up. I knew one day I’d be back. 

My brain shut down approximately 12 times every single day for 15 years. This was happening because of the Cerebellum damage.

I got myself out of it. No expert did. Sure, they tried and used all the new technologies and approaches but in the end it was what I had been sharing all along that truly saved me. 

Do you know what I have to be thankful for everyday? 

Every thing I share with others about fitness and beyond. The same exact things I shared with hundreds of thousands of others. The same exact thing that helped me overcome the odds when everyone and everything said I couldn’t.

Nothing can give you what, if used correctly, fitness can give you as a foundation to stand on not just during workout times but before and after. 

This foundation will provide you that rock, that perhaps you’ve been looking for, as it had for all those people I worked with prior to the accident and now afterwards.

I would love nothing more than to share with you what has given me life; fitness. 

The best part it’s fun, invigorating and powerful and instead of feeling you can’t…. you will know deep down… you can… and as you begin to live the success… experience it in real life; magic happens.

Well I could go on and on and on but I will stop here for now. 

There will be time later to share more of that but for now it’s time for you to take that first step so you gain an understanding of how to get the most out of your home workouts so you can take that next, critical step forward on the right path not the WRONG path…. and yes there is a difference now and well in the future. 

The most important part is the BEGINNING for it is during hard times later you will already have your foundation in place to keep you strong, standing and proud.

Brutal… but on the other side of this mountain was one of the best sunsets I’ve ever laid my eyes on.

These last few months have been a constant battle. I lost my dignity, self pride, enthusiasm and motivation to do anything. I allowed my unhealthy habits, self sabotage, determine my worth.
